Social Media Terms
The following Terms apply to any projects completed by PetWebPro.com for any social media networking or marketing projects including but not limited to Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn accounts, YouTube marketing, etc.
As with any social networking platform, please use discretion when posting any information,
personal or business related, to any online network or community.
I agree to the following Social Media terms (rev 1/8/11):
Your social media page(s) and account(s) is owned and operated by you, the customer. It is your responsibility to run and maintain all aspects of the page(s) and monitor your account. It is the customers responsibility to be sure that anti-virus and spyware sofware is installed and running at all times. The customer takes full responsibility for any and all information posted on any social networking page(s) and understands that social networking providers may change terms from time to time, including privacy settings. The customer agrees to follow the social media providers terms and conditions at all times. Any technical problems that you may experience with Facebook, or any other social media service providers, are between you and the service provider. For custom Facebook pages a link back to PetWebPro.com will be included.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PetWebPro, LLC from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, or settlements, including reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and other expenses incurred by PetWebPro, LLC, (collectively, Claims) related to or in connection with the content of the Customer's social media pages.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PetWebPro, LLC and any other Customer from any and all Claims resulting from the Customer's use of the services and or advice provided by PetWebPro, LLC.
